I’ve always done some form of calisthenics for most of my life. Like most at the time I can recall being inspired by legends like Chris Heria, Osvaldo Lugones, and Hannibal King. It wasn’t until February 2021 that I decided to go all in to see how far I could go though.
I faced many challenges since then from injuries to a bad mental health crisis. I never gave up though. Through all my trials I trained everyday and even found a specialty in leg balance.
My goal now is to elevate the sport of calisthenics and to inspire others to start the same journey that changed my life for the better!

In February 2025, my physical and mental health had reached it’s lowest point in years. I was underweight, out of shape, and struggling with constant injuries due to Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS). After battling a three-year-long depression, I realized I needed to stop surviving and start rebuilding my life.
I began with the basics: mobility, balance, and learning how to move my body safely. Day by day, I grew stronger. I gained healthy weight, improved my stability, and discovered a passion for calisthenics that completely changed the way I viewed fitness. I did cardio and weight training off and on but nothing ever held my attention for long. I rode horses for nearly 20 years and when I got out of the horse world I needed something to fill the void.
What started as a personal recovery became something much bigger. Hexthenics is built on the belief that strength is for everyone, especially those who feel held back by injuries, disabilities, chronic conditions, or difficult circumstances.
My goal is to share the knowledge, support, and passion that helped transform my life, and to help others build stronger, healthier, and more capable versions of themselves.
